Where to go
Settings → Account Settings
This section controls your organization's identity and the contact details visible to clients.
Organization details
Organization name and legal name
Update:
- Organization name
- Legal name
These names are reflected throughout the app.
Organization Logo
Under Organization Logo, click:
- Change Logo to upload
- Remove Logo to delete
File rules:
- JPEG, PNG, GIF, WebP
- Max 5MB
- Recommended: 400×400 or larger
Contact information shown to clients
Complete the fields clients may see when they need to reach your organization:
- Client-facing email
- Company phone
- Website
- Mailing address
Use Search Address or enter the details manually:
- Street Address
- Suite/Apt Number
- City
- Province/State
- Country
- Postal Code
Format settings
These control how time and dates appear across the system:
- Timezone (set your organization's timezone)
- Date Format (choose how dates should display)
When you're finished, save your updates.
